The clients held perpetually renewable leases, which the cooperative disputed. The cooperative attempted to pressure our clients by conditioning lease renewal on significantly higher payments, fully aware that it profited substantially from solar electricity generated by panels installed on the poultry houses.<br \/>We filed defenses and counterclaims in both proceedings, seeking multi-million-shekel damages for breach of the agreements.
