Dr. Guy Carmi
Dr. Carmi relishes upon an exceptional background of excellence in the field of litigation. He established himself as one of the best litigators in Israel, thanks to his hard work, that reflects legal work at its finest.
Dr. Carmi started his firm in 2021, after a 13-year long legal career within the ranks of Lipa-Meir, as a partner in the litigation department. Throughout the years he handled a vast scope of hundreds of cases, and gained an unprecedented experience in representation in cases where substantial legal issues and precedents arose .
Dr. Carmi has represented major corporations in Israel and globally in extremely complex cases. Among other things, Dr. Carmi has represented banks in Israel and worldwide, including Bank Hapoalim, the First International Bank of Israel, and Alfa Ukraine Bank. He has also represented large international companies, such as Boeing and Alstom, as well as pension and insurance companies, including Clal, Psagot, and Harel. Additionally, he has worked with major companies such as Mekorot, Dor Alon, and Keinan Shefi, and large contractors like the Sharbat brothers, Peretz Boni Hanegev, and High-Group by Hai Nahmias.

Constitutional law
In this field, the academic abilities of Dr. Carmi come to the fore. His doctoral thesis, written at one of the ten best law schools in the United States and dealing with freedom of expression, earned him the prestigious Gurney Award.
Dr. Carmi appeared many times at the High Court in constitutional petitions of principle, and he also serves (voluntarily) as a member of the board of directors and senior management of the Movement for the Quality of Government in Israel. Dr. Karmi’s expertise in protecting freedom of expression also positions him as one of the authorities in the field of defamation.
Dispute Resolution
Dr. Carmi has been selected to serve as an arbitrator and mediator in numerous disputes. He is listed as an arbitrator with several arbitration institutions, including the Bar Association, the Business Arbitration Institute, the Federation for Arbitration, and Shurat HaDin, and is regularly appointed by them.
In addition, Dr. Carmi represents parties in arbitration or in court proceedings related to arbitration, such as motions to annul an arbitration award. The Team
Nuphar Tepliz
Nuphar is an experienced and respected attorney with over twenty years of practical experience, most of which has been in large, leading firms. Nuphar and Dr. Carmi worked together for many years at Lipa Meir & Co. before Dr. Carmi established his own firm.
Nuphar oversees the labor law practice at the firm, where she has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of matters.
She has represented hundreds of cases before the Regional Labor Courts and the National Labor Court. Nuphar has acted on behalf of employers, including industrial plants, high-tech companies, service providers, and various other businesses, as well as employees from different sectors, including high-tech. She has handled individual and collective labor disputes and a wide range of procedures, including urgent relief measures and injunctions. Additionally, Nuphar has represented clients in numerous arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Beyond court representation, Nuphar provides ongoing legal advice in labor law to the firm’s clients, primarily employers. In this capacity, she drafts commercial and employment contracts, negotiates on behalf of clients, and is well-versed in employee rights, confidentiality, and non-competition matters.
Nuphar also has extensive experience in civil-commercial litigation and assists Dr. Carmi in large and complex cases.
She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University.

Kfir Kleinman
Adv. Kfir Kleinman began his career as Dr. Carmi’s intern when they both worked at Lipa Meir & Co. Following the establishment of Dr. Carmi’s firm, Kfir transitioned with him during his internship, receiving the unique title of “intern-founder.”
Kfir serves as Dr. Carmi’s right-hand man. From the outset of his career, he has been closely involved in the firm’s flagship cases, participating in lawsuits involving tens and hundreds of millions of NIS, major international cases, and principled petitions.
Kfir graduated first in his class at the Shaarei College of Science and Law, earning first-class honors.

Noam Bar-Shalom
Noam Bar-Shalom began his career in the firm as Dr. Carmi’s intern and currently serves as a paralegal. He possesses an extraordinary breadth of vision, sharp intelligence, and excellent analytical abilities. Noam holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in political science—both from Tel Aviv University.
Having lived abroad for several years, Noam speaks fluent English and French at a high level. He is involved in cases with significant volumes and international matters.
