Representation of Clients in a Dispute with Their Land Partner

Dr. Carmi successfully represented clients in a lawsuit filed against them by their partner in a property in Petah Tikva. The plaintiff sought management fees or compensation for actions he claimed had significantly enhanced the property’s value, transforming it from agricultural land into a residential building plot.
The lawsuit was entirely dismissed, and the court awarded substantial costs against the plaintiff. Over the past year, we also represented the clients in an appeal against this judgment.
