Representation of Moshav Bareket in a ₪150 million lawsuit against Airport City, which was established on the moshav’s lands, due to breaches of agreements related to the land.
We are demanding the cancellation of a settlement that was not honored and a return to the previous arrangement granting our client a share of the massive revenues in the complex. During the document disclosure phase, at our request, the court ordered the defendants to transfer accounting records reflecting amounts in the millions, despite their opposition – an important achievement.
